August started with fantastic mid-summer weather for the monthly Coddiwomple. With a couple of guests, the group had a social ride to Lincolnshire, taking in Willingham Woods, the International Bomber Command Centre and Skegness. A great day had by all. Welcome to a New Tutor
RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders East Yorkshire (E-YARD) welcomes Guy Gregory as the latest member of the E-YARD Tutor Hub! Guy completed his training as a Group Bike Tutor under the watchful eye of Ian Streets. Good-Bye, Good Friend
Dave's final ride was taken with a motorcycle escort provided by E-YARD at the request of his wife, Sue. On arrival at the chapel, Dave's family, friends and colleagues were treated to his choice of Lieutenant Pigeons "Mouldy Old Dough" setting the scene for as light hearted a service as these solemn occasions allow. Dave Hardwick Funeral Arrangements
Dave's funeral will take place at Haltemprice Crematorium Friday, 9 August 2019 at 1130. The cortege will be departing from Queensgate Bevelrey at 1105. E-YARD will be providing a three-rider escort ahead of the hearse, which will lead all the way from Beverley to Haltemprice. Anyone wishing to attend in convoy on motorcycle with the cortege should join the back of it from the lay-by on the A164 at Lazaat's. Please let the secretary know so the group can manage this aspect.


August Coddiwomple
