Progressive Driver Development #2018

Last December, E-YARD ran a Progressive Driver Development Course (PDDC) with Andy Trevor taking the helm.

The idea was one associate was, literally, in the driving seat, two more associates would observe from the rear seat, therby they would also benefit from 'driving' learning from input provided by the tutor and group critique could be applied at the end of each drivers session. The process would then be repeated with the next candidate. It was aimed at all levels, from brand new associates through to advanced tutors!

The exercise was a huge success with all candidates gaining benefit from it.

The PDDC will be repeated again this year, and again with Andy at the helm!

It will take place on Saturday 6 October.
