Notification of Group AGM

The AGM for E-YARD will be held on 25 April, the last Wednesday of the month, at East Coast Motorcycle World, Hutton Cranswick.

The AGM was published as an event and further details can be found on the group Facebook events page.

Agenda will be:

1. Any apologies

2. Minutes of previous AGM

3. Election of the three compulsory officers:

• Chairman • Secretary • Treasurer

4. Election of other officers:

• Membership Secretary • Training officer

5. Report from treasurer

6. Financial plan/ budget for forthcoming year

7. Open forum for ideas for the future direction of the group

There will be a Chairman's address. This will give overview if where we are and what might be ahead for the group.
